- INR 1.8 LPA (During Training Period )

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Freshers keen to look for Technical Faculty on domains – Android / Java / Hadoop
- Responsible for conducting training sessions as per the schedule
- Good Communication with the passion for teaching skill / knowledge based program
- Ensure regular student assessments
- To be able to recommend books and materials, revising curriculum, and recommending teaching assignments wherever appropriate
- Implementing internal assessments to understand if the course is well grasped by the students
- Checking the technical relevance of the Instructional plans, course design and curriculum upgradation as required or practiced by the IT Industry.
- Ensure that the delivery of the program is in line with the pre-decided guidelines, and/or clients expectations of learning outcomes
- Act on feedback provided.
- Support development of the content.
- Responsible to design additional assessment on courses.
- Ensure appropriate use of training aids to enhance the student experience and learning outcomes.
- Adaptive-Learning Journeys, Doubts, And Lesson Plan, Communication Channels, Create Quality Content, Data Interpretation, Classroom Platforms
