Roles & Responsibilities :

1-Update Online Help documents, manuals and user guides as per new developments in the products.
2-Work closely with crossfunctional team environment comprising Development, Quality Assurance, Technical Support, subject matter experts (SMEs), HR and Finance to gather information needed to create and maintain quality of documentation.
3-Edit and proofread the drafted technical content for grammar, style, punctuation, consistency, spelling, and readability.

Skill Set Required:

1-Should have sound knowledge of English and Spanish (if known).
2-Should be professional to handle queries and answer them through emails or calls.
3-To go through content (online as well as offline) and extract information from the same.
4-Should have good knowledge about SDLC and STLC.
