Job Description & Skills Required:

  • Coordination with Team and team Lead to complete the order with in time.
  • Coordination with FE for live order tracking with APP and system Portal.
  • Updating all the status and comment in portal as per live order status.
  • Coordination with Merchant and End customer in case off any issue.
  • Coordination with Supply for FE Movement.

 Eligibility:

  • Graduate
  • 6 Months - 2 years of experience in domestic BPO or call centre.
