-Contacting students for Course Admission

-Supporting students admission process

-Ensuring to achieve the admission target

-Excellent sales skills (experience in education industry is an advantage)

-Friendly and approachable personality

-Exceptional customer service skills

-Good computer skills

-Confident in dealing with customers on the phone

-High level of organizational and administrative skills

-Team oriented and be able to work effectively without supervision

-Previous Customer Service/Call center experience is desirable

-Ready to work 24/7

Key Skills:

-Good Communication Skill, Customer Care, Tele Marketing / Tele Sales, Telephone Etiquette

Requirements:

-Candidate should have a flair to work on target based job.
