Job Description:

• Handling Customer complaints.
• MS Office Skills.
• Engineer Deputation.
• Respond promptly to customer queries, Process orders forms, applications and Requests and coordination with production team for availability of the Material.
• Ensure the prompt dispatches.
• Prepare MIS reports.
• Assist in material management.
• Preparing QIP at NSC.

Desired Skills:
• Must have a sound knowledge of MS Office Skills, Excellent communication skills.
• Should have exposure to handle customer complaints.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, Process orders, forms, applications and requests and Co-ordination with production team for availability of the material, ensure the prompt dispatches.
