Job Description:
-Managing Store Operations (Opening/Closing/Checking Security
-Training the Store Partners in various areas like Ice cream preparation/ store
-Stock Maintenance and procurement
-Maintaining and on time submission of different reports related to Store like attendance, variance check report etc.
-Maintaining healthy relation with customers and handling grievances
-Resolving labour issues at stores

Skill Set Required:
-It is preferable if the candidate knows Kannada and manageable English.
-Candidates have a nine hour shift at store but he should be ready to take the responsibility of the store completely and be available whenever needed in emergency.
