Job Description: 

Customer service, maintaining cash controls, and maintaining the store facilities.

Responsible for Sales and bottom-line profits of the store. Regular tracking of ticket size & converting foot-falls in store.

Ensuring attractive merchandise display & over all store layout. Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.

Maintain, encourage and possess ownership mentality.

Ensuring the adherence to Sops in Store and smooth cashiering process.

Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.

Mapping competition in terms of categories, price points, physical appearance.

Skills Required: 

Excellent verbal communication skills & personality.

High level of Confidence.
