- Assist customers on their technical issues.
- Take remote sessions of the customers
Skill Set Required:
- Should have excellent communication and comprehension skills.
- Should have prior experience in Technical sale (US based). A minimum of 6 months experience is must.
- Should be open to work in 24/7 environment
- Should be open to work in sales oriented target based environment.
- Candidate should be able to multitask i.e., document every call while talking to customer.
