Job Description & Skills Required:

-Strong experience in database modelling skills
-Hands-on database development skills with ability to write high performance stored procedures and SQL scripts
-Good understanding of RDBMS concepts (Indexing, Locks)
-Strong Transact-SQL skills to support application development

-Very good experience in writing complex SQL queries and views with performance tuned.
-Very good experience in creating store procedures and Functions with good command over MSSQL(Microsoft Sql Server 2000 or above)
-Should have knowledge and understanding of dimensional modeling concepts.
-Hands on experience of SQL clients like SQL Server Management Studio or TOAD.
-Very good analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.

-Good knowledge of data warehouse schema / database design concepts is plus.
-Good knowledge of ETL tools like SSIS / Informatica is plus.
-Good knowledge of database management techniques is plus.
