Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-The candidate must show the technical skills that are required for this role.
-The candidate must have good communication skills.
-The candidate must accept accountability for achieving agreed upon goals.  In doing so, the candidate must proactively propose an approach to achieve each goal, seek feedback on it, and execute the related tasks.  
-The candidate must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-The candidate will preferably have experience working with relational database software such as Oracle, IBM DB/2, or Microsoft SQL Server.  Experience with MS SQL Server is preferred.
-The candidate must have strong knowledge of OOAD.
-The candidate must have strong knowledge of both Java SE and Java EE.
-The candidate must be proficient in Data Structures and Algorithm.
-The candidate must have worked on Enterprise project using one of the latest frameworks on front-end, like Struts, Spring MVC, etc. ZK Framework is advantage.
-The candidate must have experience of working on one of the application servers.
-The candidate having good database knowledge including procedure is added advantage.
-Candidate must have knowledge of OOPS, DSAL,  Java SE, Java EE, SQL
-Knowledge of Oracle, Struts, Spring, MVC, ZK, DBMS will be a plus.
