- Understand requirements of project.
- Ensure well-designed, testable, efficient and optimize code
- Ability to deliver assigned work in a timely manner.
- Able to communicate & collaborate efficiently with the team.
- Approach technical issues with solution-oriented mind set.
- Able to perform thorough unit testing before code release to QA.

Skill Set Required:
- Should have understanding of detail design/technical/functional/requirement document.
- Familiar with software development life cycle.
- Should be strong in OOPS concepts.
- Must be able to write programs on one or more technologies (Java, C#, PHP, C, C , JavaScript)
- Nice to have basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DBMS, SQL.
- Familiar with email writing and documentation.
- Should have strong Analytical and problem solving skills
