Job Description:

-Identifies the requirements of the clients and discusses it with the development manager.

-Participates or initiates the testing process and discusses test results with the senior developer to alter or modify current features and specifications.

-Prototypes the software and helps in integration of third party plug ins and applications with the software.

-Explains the features and specifications of the software to the sales engineers.

-Assists the clients in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and updating the software.

Skills Required:

Basic Programming skills like C, C++ or Java
