Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-To conduct research on social media platforms and generate actionable insights that can be Implemented
-Create reports that cover consumer behaviour and perception, sentiment analysis, influencer
-identification and mapping for products/brands based on social media conversations
-Study the competitive and market landscape, emerging trends in the market and recommend benchmarks
-Diversify research approach dynamically, based on factors such as geographies, time,objectives,cultures and other varying demographics
-Identify avenues for lead generation
-Provide direction and input to marketing, sales and forecasting related activities.
-Ability to understand the business needs and to develop and communicate information aroundthese needs
-Social Media Analytic Skills

-The position requires a deep understanding of established and emerging social media channels(especially Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn)
-Should have understanding of data analytics / market research.
-Should be capable of understanding the client brief and formulating an outcome and ensuring delivery of the same.
-Candidate must be able to handle multiple client with multitasking abilities.
-Candidate must have excellent knowledge of Excel and Power point presentations.
-Candidate must be well versed in data analytics and insights presentation.
-Candidate must have a go getter attitude with time bound delivery commitment
