Job Description:

- We require two female sales consultant for front end product demo and customer handling at our experience store located in Chawri Bazar, Delhi. We may require them to shift to another prime location depending on future business opportunities.

- They would require to be well familiar with the use of a personal computer and have strong verbal communication, both English and Hindi as per the needs of the walk-in customers. Primarily, they are required to welcome walk-in customers and make them comfortable before proceeding to understand their requirements. In most cases, they would be required to give a brief demo of our services on the personal computer/ hand held device.

- They would also be handling inbound calls from potential customers and need to answer their queries about the services.

- In the long term, they might be required to answer support queries over phone/email from existing customers in collaboration with the technical team.
