Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Handling the whole sales team
-Assigning the property visit to sales team
-Handling Property requirements provided by Lead Generation Team.
-Shortlisting Properties as per requirement.
-nspecting & showing Properties to clients.
-Following-up of sales team
-Motivating and training sales team
-Following-up with clients
-Negotiating for deal finalization.
-Closing the deal
