- You've built several products from ground-up using Ruby on Rails
- You're highly proficient with HTML5, CSS3, JS
- You've worked with JS frameworks like Backbone.js, Ember.js, Angular, etc.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development
- Bonus points if you’ve had the experience of leading a team of developers
