Job Description:
-Identifying client requirements
-Designing, building efficient Ruby Code as per the requirement.
-Mentoring the team or juniors for resolving the issues
-Taking initiative in problem solving.

Skill Set Required:
-Experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries
-Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby
-Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
-Good understanding of server-side templating languages
-Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
-Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
