We are looking to hire for our fastest growing sales team. Clover is a Demand-backed supply chain for perishables that is focused on quality, consistency, traceability and high degree of predictability. We work closely with our farming commuting enabling fresh vegetables to reach our customer. We are growing at breakneck speed and are rapidly expanding into new markets across India over the next 6 to 18 months. All this, built, scaled and managed by 100+ people working out of Bangalore and Hyderabad. Our work ensures fresh essentials are available to millions of people in Bangalore and Hyderabad. We are looking to have a person like you be part of the GT Sales team journey as we grow sales working with Dhanush, Head of Growth and in this project you will touch the everyday life of people and have fun.

Salary: INR 2.4 LPA - INR 3 LPA + (Performance Pay - INR 30,000/- to 60,000/- per annum)

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Increase the customer base in locality assigned to you and surrounding areas
- Search prospective clients, Generate sales leads Create awareness and interest in Clover
- Meet 10 new prospects everyday and update the tracker 20% of all new prospects to be onboard as our customers within a week
- Retain and grow existing customer base
- Build a strong relationship with customers through trust and reliability - At no point, you should break customer trust
- Customer should find value in each visit of your
- Find ways to solve customer problems by sharing our differentiator (Its not just about TOP)
- Help your customer grow their business genuinely – Evaluate ways where you can help them
- increase sales or reduce cost
- Ensure daily orders from customers and identify wats to grow the basket
- Identify opportunity to improve number of SKUs per order
- In case of drop in customer order frequency - do a root cause analysis, work with relevant
- internal stakeholders and get the customer back
- Understand and reduce returns
- Think Win-Win as we negotiation and influencing customer behavior
- Provide continuous feedback to internal teams to improve our customer service levels

- Problem solver – Looks to solve the problem and not just make a sale
- Active Listening – Listens closely to what customer want
- Asks relevant questions – Asks strategic questions to help position our product based on what customer spoke
- Rapport Building – Can speak Kannada fluently and explain our business differentiator clearly
- Objectionm handling & Convincing skill – Acknowledge concerns a customer will have and share how we can help solve a problem
- Persistent – Perseveres to close a sale and goes back even when he hears a NO to win trust to take advantage when an opportunity to serve a customer presents itself
- Organised – Is someone who plans their day well and executes against a plan
- Pro-active – Willing to make changes if and when required Welcome applications from sports personal Candidate should have a bike and valid driver licence
