Job Description and Skill Set Required:

Responsibilities

- Implement, test and operate advanced software security techniques in compliance with
technical reference architecture
- Perform on-going security testing and code review to improve software security
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
- Provide engineering designs for new software solutions to help mitigate security
vulnerabilities
- Contribute to all levels of the architecture
- Consult team members on secure coding practices
- Develop a familiarity with new tools and best practices

Requirements

- Must have CEH certification
- Proven work experience as a software security engineer
- Working knowledge of ISO27001
- Adequate knowledge of web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services and
Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
- Programming experience in Python, PHP, Perl, Ruby, .NET or other interpreted or
compiled languages
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment and penetration best practices
- Experience with vulnerability and penetration testing techniques and tools
- Security testing tools including Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite and other open
source tools.
- Windows and Linux operating systems
- Microsoft and Java technologies
- Web application technologies
- Source code analysis software
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
