Job Description :
They are looking for smart and energetic individuals to deliver best in class account management solutions and the best possible Digital Advertising experience in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for existing paid search programs in Google AdWords and Bing Ads - expand keyword coverage, develop compelling ad copy, implement bid management
- Launch new accounts and campaigns based on the client's roadmap
- Execute different A/B testings to optimize the campaigns
- Leverage Analytics to track, report and analyze campaigns for SEM (cost per click/CPC), Display Media and Social Networks
- Proactively identify fact-based trends and opportunities within the campaigns
- Maintain clear communication with team members and share optimization insights
- Be updated with the latest search marketing trends and platform features
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, localization, marketing and analytics to optimize campaign performance
- Create weekly & monthly reports for clients

Required Skills/Experience :
- 1-2 years experience in managing performance-based search engine marketing campaigns with significant spent
- Experience in optimizing CTR, CPC, CPA or ROI and understanding how these metrics affect each other
- Highly organized, multi-tasker, ethical, creative, passionate, fun and team player
- Able to handle and circumvent work pressure and stress
- Analytical mindset for analysis and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Agile and motivated professional that sees opportunities and takes initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Preference to candidates with Google Adwords Certification
- Should be comfortable to handle weekly calls with the clients
