Job Description:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer requests over different channels like email, call, chat

- Keeping track of call quality and lead conversion rates

- Following up with customers once they have visited the property

- Help with offline sales whenever required

Skill Set Required:

- Good written and spoken communication skills

- Ability to strike a conversation with the customer

- Proficiency with Microsoft excel

- Good grasp on numbers
