Job Description:

- Assist customers to resolve sales queries

- Answer incoming Calls / Chats / Emails from customers and suppliers

- Supporting on order processing and sourcing.

- Coordinate with shipping and logistics department

- One position is for USA Shift (Male Candidates Only)

- Second Position is for UK Shift (For Both Female and Male Candidates)
