Job Description and Skill Set Required: :
-Understanding of the premium advertising selling, brand and agency advertiser needs.
- Experience in Analytics, Business Development and/or Publishing is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to convey complex concepts in models and presentations.
- Proactive on follow-ups, setting up new client meetings.
- Passionate about the work, street smart to convert the meeting into sales
- Deep understanding of industry issues, a vision for growth and a passion to build mAvataraZ’s position in the industry.
- Exceptional relationship management and communications.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced or eager to work with a fast paced start-up environment.
- Languages: English, Hindi
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills. Must be a team-player.
- Analytical: Good at understanding industry trends. Ability to think laterally, a must.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of marketing basics. Being abreast of latest advertising strategies a key advantage.
- Special Requirements: Should be aggressive, quick on the uptake and able to handle pressure.
