Candidates will be responsible for following :

The specific role of a sales manager is to manage 4 business development managers in Houston, TX from remote and also to manage 12 recruiters in India. The candidate must have proven leadership skills. Must be a smart, independent, self-motivated, self-starter and should work without supervision. Apply innovative thoughts into work and Improve business. Proven capability to work through stressful situations and solve problems quickly, must reach company expectations. Persons who are earning less than 20,000 per month, must not apply
