Job Description:
- Meet Retail Training Business Targets
- Supervise Sales Team performance on daily basis
- Visit Centers - Kandivali, Andheri, Dadar, Thane
- Conduct daily conference calls and monthly sales meetings
- Co-ordinate with Trainers for training delivery
- Identify Sales Teams' training needs and train them
- Tie-up with Schools, Colleges, Institutes, Groups for flow of leads
- Submit reports to management on weekly basis
Skills/Requirments:
- Ability to supervise and generate business from sales team
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Should have Sales Manager or similar experience of minimum 2 years to maximum 4 years
- Should be willing to travel to centers on daily basis
Interview Rounds:
- Face to face followed by written round.
