About the company: About AaramShop: AaramShop has been created as a platform that services the FMCG/ CPG brand and neighborhood retailers. AaramShop enables marketing and sales of FMCG/ CPG brands to “short-on-time, high-on- stress” urban consumers by leveraging on strengths of neighborhood retailers and by making them digitally enabled, and helping them receive additional business. 

AaramShop addresses the needs and concerns of three different target audiences within its ecosystem. The three audiences are mutually inter-dependent and are seamlessly integrated with each other on the AaramShop platform.

Job Description:-

-Market visits to assigned stores. 

-Manage Grocery and Chemist stores in a specific zone of a city.

-Responsible for all promotions & activations being implemented at the store including 

-Influencing Transactions at stores

-Brand programs implementation and reporting

-Signup New Stores

-Convincing stores to use computer & mobile apps

-Collate reports and track projects in the target stores

-Experience in market research & fields visits

-Experience in using smartphone

-Should have own vehicle

Skill Set Required:

-Experience in working with Neighborhood grocery stores.

- Sales and servicing experience, particularly in FMCG sales, would be given importance

- Should be willing to lead and show initiative

- Should by highly self driven

- 1- 2 years of experience would be desirable.

-Prior experience in BTL operations, team management, project planning & implementation

 Interview Process: Telephonic

                             F2F or Skype for Out station candidates
