Job Description:

-Shortlisting the potential sellers for cold calling to close deals
-Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
-Negotiating on price, costs and specifications with sellers
-Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to our platform
-Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
-Creating detailed proposal documents(quotations)
-Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock
-Recording buying information and sending leads to logistics team(entering figures into a computer system)
-Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
-Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements
-Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing sellers with quotations
-Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Skill Set Required:

-Excellent communication skills
-Basic Excel
-Problem solving skills/common sense
-A customer centric mentality
