Job Description and Skills Required:

Sell financial services to businesses and individuals.

Recommend certain services such as insurance, mutual funds, investments, and long-term and short term policies.

Build relationships with clients and communities.

Provide solutions for short and long-term financial goals.

Help clients to achieve financial security.

Advise a client on whether to buy certain types of stocks, bonds and mutual funds.

Consultants meet personally with clients to assess their financial situation in order to present a financial plan that includes both short- and long-term financial goals.

Advising customers about fluctuations.
