Job Description: 

Cold Calling in the United States.

Agents would be dialing for 8 and half hours.

Would get a 1 hour break.

Shift starts at 7:30 Pm (IST) and ends at 5:00 Am (IST).  

Skills Required: 

Good communications skills.

Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle pressure

Should have a little of marketing knowledge.
