Salary Details:

Stipend: INR 10,000/- month
Post Probation Period: INR 3 LPA + Incentives

Job Description:

The Sales Engineer should have understanding of cloud based software selling techniques and pricing models. The sales engineer will carry targets for sales. The sales engineer will do price estimation, delivery schedule, provide quote to client, receive PO from client, ensure payments from clients and ensure delivery schedules are met by delivery team. The sales engineer should keep the client well informed about progress and ensure that quality and timeline commitments are adhered to.

Responsibilities:

-Carry quarterly and yearly sales targets overall and product-wise
-Always ready for travel whenever required.
-Create a clients network by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
-Identify right stakeholders and decision makers at client organizations.
-Sales activity for customers involving presentations, meetings, follow ups.
-Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with tech team.
-Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of application, pricing models, profit analysis and projections account-wise.
-Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
-Pricing, Quotation, Purchase Order, Invoicing and Payment reconciliation with customers.
-Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
-Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
-Sales conversions by adopting purely ethical means and showcasing strength of our product, cost advantages and reliability.
-Help in preparing brochures and marketing material.

Skills:

-Good presentation skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication in English
-Understanding of Product Licensing model pricing, SaaS model pricing, software product pricing models.
-Good networking skills.
-Knowledge of Transport and Parking sector is an advantage.
