Internship Period: 6 months

Salary:

- During Internship: INR 18,000 per month
- Post Successful completion of internship: INR 4 LPA(depending upon candidates performance in the interview)

Job Description:

The opportunity is to be part of a venture that brings difference to millions of users worldwide. - The role of the Interns in Sales Development is to do Tele-prospecting to generate sales ready leads and opportunities.
He/She will also be responsible to nurture the leads to make them sales ready.

Tele-prospecting
- Cold calling prospects in the assigned territory and focus area
- Keeping good activity history and to-do task list in LeadSquared
- Nurturing good relationship with prospects

Productivity Improvement

- Tracking actual work done vs targets
- Document issues hampering productivity
- Follow the specified process defined by LeadSquared

Continual learning and improvement

- Make effort and improve customer knowledge, LeadSquared’ s business knowledge by self- learning, by participating in KYC sessions
- Seek regular feedback from immediate Supervisor

Collaboration and communication
- Maintain a healthy and co-operative environment in the team
- Disseminate learning across the team
- Provide correct and current status information

Skills Required:

Mandatory

- Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good Phone Etiquette
- Flexibility, Team work, Target oriented

Preferred

- Comfortable with various search engines and IT directories
- Experience in selling a software product
- Cold calling experience
