Job Description and Skill Set Required :
- Attending New Enquiries and Follow up
- Generating new enquiries by sending promotional letters.
- Finding Importers and end users through B2B sites and Internet.
- Follow up for converting the enquiries to prospectus and customers..
- Coordination with production department for samples for new customers /enquiries.
- Preparing Weekly Report, Monthly sales report.
- Attending customer technical queries.
- Attending Customer complaints
- Follow up with R&D, QAC, for technical queries and complaints.
- Follow up for samples feed back & Orders from new customers.
