Job Description and Skill Set Required:
Account Management and Implementation:
- Own and nurture the relationship with the Doctor and Staff
- Configure, train and rollout HealthPlix EMR at the Clinic
- Lead change management at the Client Clinic for a successful implementation
- Be a point of contact for all customer interactions – support queries, handling product requirements
- Communicate, Train, Coach and lead a team of Operations executives to ensure successful implementation at client locations
Sales activities:
- Generate and qualify leads from primary & secondary sources
- Build excellent relationships with Client Doctors
- Pitch HealthPlix EMR (Electronic Medical Record) to the Doctor in-person
- Articulate why HealthPlix EMR will be a great value add for the Doctors
- Rigorous and structured follow-up to close the deal
