Job Description :   
- Manage overall operation of our Retail Store at Phoenix Marketcity, Bangalore.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on products
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Maintain and check stock
- Maintain the store in a presentable
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers

Skill Set Required :
- Proven working experience as sales associate (minimum 6 months)
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
