Job Description:  
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Ability to interact with clients; and discuss and promote our products
-Follow up on sales with trial customers and collect feedback
-Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data on Sales
- Support customers on issues relating to our products through various channels
-Feedback customer support requests to design and development team

Skill Set Required:  
Candidates must have following skills:
- Knowledge of Financial Markets, especially of Equities (preferred)
- Knowledge of Technical Analysis of Financial Markets (preferred)
- Familiarity and knowledge of IT products is desirable
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi skills
