Salary: INR 3 LPA - INR 4 LPA + Incentives
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description & Skill Set Required:

- Understand Mismo Systems products and services offering, current & planned
- Prospecting for potential customers (generating leads) using various marketing methods – emails, social media, tele calling
- Communicate and convince customer about value of the products over phone or email or digital
- Working on inbound leads, qualifying leads and working on proposals and follow-ups
- Work with field sales team, setup appointments for them and follow-ups from customers
- Maintain reports of work being done
- Most important – should be passionate (or at least like) about this work and not doing it just to start or a stop gap
- Ability and willingness to perform field sales, giving customer demo/meetings is a plus
- Salary – best in the industry with attractive incentives on performance

- Will be given complete freedom to make choices for work as far as it gives results and is as per company’s values

Skill Set Required: 

- Smart, dynamic and sincere

- Smart working and self-managed and quick learner

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook for emails, work & PowerPoint for proposals

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

- Knowledge of technology is a plus
