Job Description:

The function of this role is to prospect into the software solutions market. The BDE will support the team to uncover new business opportunities. This position requires aggressive and agile skills to uncover new business opportunities that align with our software services and products.The BDE is responsible for generating fully qualified leads that will contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline and revenue. A successful BDE will engage in social selling, emailing and telephone-based prospecting, identify and qualify quality leads with senior level decision makers that the sales teams will develop into sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

-Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly qualified lead goals
-Planning and preparing presentations
-Good communication skill both oral and written
- Nurture and grow a pipeline of existing leads
-Hand off fully qualified leads to project manager with proper briefing

Skills Required:

-Experience in marketing and sales for IT companies
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, go getters and result oriented
-Good negotiating and interpersonal skills
-Ability to network and build relationships
-Willingness to travel across country as and when required
