-Strong Programming, Object-oriented and Database skills.
-Experience in Web Application development with Ruby on Rails.
-Strong experience with Ruby on Rails Coding Standards and MVC patterns.
-Good Experience working on JavaScript/ HTML/ CSS/ Ajax/ jQuery.
-Attention towards good design both in terms of Engineering and User Experience.
-Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
-Experience with Linux operating system.
