Job Description:
- Develop complex, efficient, high on performance, availability& traffic web applications as a member of a diverse team.
- Write top notch, reusable, scalable APIs using best practiced coding methods.
- Get involved in the entire lifecycle of product development including analysis, development and testing.
- Work closely with the Team leads, Product Managers and other team members in a fast paced, agile environment.
- Should be able to handle multiple, complex projects simultaneously while managing dependencies across teams.
-  Be on the cutting edge, always learning new ways of doing things, while mentoring junior developers.
- Write unit and integration tests and get involved in load and performance tests done by infra team.

Skill Set Required :
- Technical graduate or post graduate degree (BE/BCA/MCA) required.
- 2+ years experience on a production application development and delivery.
- Expert in Ruby and Rails.
- Strong Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Backbone.js
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery or other JS frameworks
- Hands on Experience on technologies like Github, Rails, Capistrano.
- Strong knowledge of technologies like NoSql, Analytics & Bigdata reporting a big plus.
- Web Site Optimizations (CSS Sprites, Running tools like YSlow, CDN, Firebug etc.)
- Hands on with Active record and mysql/Mongo
- Understanding of MVC and how the Rails stack works
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Knowledge of international web standards and protocols
- Preferred candidate must have seen at least one product development cycle.
- Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology
- Ability to work individually or in a team to beat tight deadlines
