Website: NA. This team is responsible for helping aspiring graduate students develop the most compelling applications for global postgraduate programs. The Research Associates assist the team by conducting in-depth research into the profiles and programs to ensure that correct guidance is provided to the student.

The primary responsibilities involve:

The Research Associate will be responsible for the application process for scores of applicants.

Job Functions:

- Research, Editing, Consulting,Operations

- Understanding an applicant’s background, conducting online research and suggesting programs/Universities relevant to the applicant’s strengths and goals

- Reviewing all written application materials, including but not limited to essays, application forms, and resumes to ensure consistency and proof reading to ensure effective presentation

- Motivating applicants through a demanding, prolonged application process

- Communicating continuously with sales team and core services team to ensure prompt service

- Communicating with Clients on day-to-day basis. Keeping clients informed about the processes of admissions.

Skill Required:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to take charge and be a proactive team player

- Workable skills around MS Office and Google Drive

- Ability to research for reliable information across multiple sources

Work Timings:

- 6 days a week and 9 hours a day (9am to 6pm/10am to 7pm /11am to 8pm)

- Working on Saturday and Sunday's is mandatory (No exception for this), every Tuesday will be declared as week off.
