Job Description: 

In-depth research (Qualitative and Quantitative) on companies, processes, functions, industries, solutions, service offerings etc.

Knowledge Management – across the firm, maintaining iShare; our intranet repository.

Creating high-impact, visually appealing deliverables (presentations, documents, webinars etc).

Support the firm’s methodology by developing online trainings, guidance, tools and other resources.

Methodology Excellence –constantly generating ideas and innovating to keep the firm’s methodology fresh.

Financial research e.g. benchmarking, value analytics, cash flow analytics, working capital optimization etc.

Skills Required: 

Very good in secondary research.

Very good in market research.

Swift and excellent verbal spoken skills (not even good will work).

Post Graduates degree in disciplines like commerce, accounting, economics, business management, etc. from premier colleges.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment.

Excellent academic scores at graduate level/Post Graduates.

Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

“Burning” desire to learn and excel both as an individual and as a part of a team.

Creative and analytical bent of mind to work in a problem-solving environment.

Conceptual clarity on technical concepts studied as part of the curriculum.
