Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Should be able to execute sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Should be able to Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target
- Should be persuasive, persistent and result oriented with problem solving abilities
- Remote Monitoring for all advisor per week & provide appropriate feedback to the advisor.
- Providing services to the prospects and generate new business.
- Creating new avenues for increasing client base and revenue
- Self Motivated
