Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Management of Sales & Marketing activities in the area.
- Property visit
- Showing properties to the Tenants with Relationship Development & helping both in negotiations along with finalization of the deal
- Responsible for meeting targets by closing the rental deals
- Have to develop new territories in the area.
- Collecting information of Properties and provide them to backend team
- Ensuring timely and quality reporting of activities
- Should be an effective communicator
- Computer Skills MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Must possess fortitude to sell and be a self-starter
