Job Description:

- Executive Search Operations on websites like Dice, Monster etc., and screening candidates for contract and permanent positions.

- Good understanding in complete US IT recruitment life cycle.

 -Following up with the candidates on their interview (Phone/ Skype)

- Understanding the Job requirement provided by practices.

- Explain the Job Requirement to the candidates.

- Sourcing and Screening the relevant resumes from job portals and database.

- Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B for numerous positions.

Skill Set Required:

- A candidates should be very good with communication skills
