Job Description:
- responsible to perform a full lifecycle product development (Research, design, develop, test prototypes and manufacture).
- Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
- Modifications in existing products.
- Responsible for technical content creation (training material, user manuals, spec sheets etc.).
- When not occupied with R&D related activity, the candidate needs to support Training activity.
- Execute training sessions, workshops etc including hands on sessions.
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
Skill Set Required:
- Candidate should have solid understanding of core concepts including Mechanics, Kinematics & Dynamics.
- Working level expertise on 2D & 3D engineering design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProE etc.)
- Creative & independent thinking to finish a complete project independently.
- Technical writing skills.
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in clear & understandable language.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
