Job Description & Skill Set Required:
We are looking for ambitious and outstanding quality analysts and data quality managers who thrive on challenges and highly charged startup work environment to join our team. We are looking for data quality analysts at both junior and senior levels to test, analyse and be a part of our data and search quality engineering team which helps fix issues related to data, search results, intent resolution and general data quality.

The Data Quality team looks after all aspects of quality, from data acquisition, data processing, index building to search and image quality as well as continually ensuring a high quality user experience on web and mobile version and various functionalities within the platform.

Your main responsibility would be to test various components of the system including data quality, search engine response, search quality, and also testing of the various website and mobile functionalities. Other responsibilities include defining and documenting test cases, devising quantifiable criteria, writing automated test scripts for data, creating test environments, producing quality reports and working with the development team to correct problems. You should be comfortable writing SQL queries and have good understanding of XML parsing. Knowledge of Hive, VBA and MS Excel macros is highly desirable.

Basic Qualification:
- BS in CS/EE/CE or related field from a top institution
- 0-5 years of experience in data analysis and data quality
- A demonstrable understanding of software development concepts, project management, and good communication.
- Expertise in MS Excel, SQL,
- Experience with JIRA/Redmine
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrable organizational, problem solving, initiative prioritization skills.
- Great communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English

The ideal candidate would have:
- Passionate about analytics, structures and data
- Experience in XML and web crawling
- Experience and interest in e-commerce
- Experience in test automation tools
- Experience in project management is highly desired
