Job Description:

- Ensure smooth sales transactions, focussing on the quality of information for the scheduled transactions

- Take ownership of the sales operations’ quality, by reporting and suggesting the necessary processes

- Ensure that the customer- salesperson, customer-scheme mappings are done properly, to provide the best in class customer experience

- Focus on continuous betterment of customer satisfaction levels, with regards to Rupeek’s services offered

-Adapt to new customer situations seamlessly and anticipate new kinds of queries from the customer to improve the processes

Skill Set Required:

- Excellent communication skills: super fluent in English and Kannada

- Excellent comprehension: Listen - Understand - Analyse – Respond

- Work in fast paced environment, organized, must be able to work flexible hours

- Good typing skills and working computer knowledge

- Aptitude for numbers, attention to detail, follow-up skills

- Must be passionate about the job, willing to put in extra effort whenever required

- Self motivator, problem solving, handle multiple tasks
