Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities of the candidate:

1-Physical, Chemical and Sensory Analysis of on-line product.
2-Checking filled pouch weight and sealing and mainitaining records.
3-Control sample management, checking and recording.
4-Chemical/ physical analysis of RM, PM and FG and generate analysis report.
5-Daily hygiene check of central lab and filling daily hygiene checklist.
6-Daily personal hygiene check of staff/workers/supervisors and filling daily sanitation checklist.
7-Checking pouch strength and filling pouch bursting records.
8-Daily receiving of raw material and packaging material.
9-Ensure that all raw material are accepted as per the specification.
10-Ensure that all inspections and tests of raw material, in process are complied with.
11- Preparation of specifications of RM/PM.
12-Supplier evaluation in coordination with purchase.
