B.Tech (Electronics & Communications) (or) M.Sc in Electronics/Physics or equivalent with at least 3 years experience of working in a scientific engineering laboratory. Experience in handling sophisticated tools for semiconductor device characterization is desirable. Preference wouldabe given to candidates having experience in maintenance and troubleshooting hardware of instruments.
