Conducting market intelligence on competitor activity and market trend in the tyre industry.

Organising and implementing customer awareness programs.

Conducting customer satisfaction survey.

Survey on fleet account of product life cycle enhancement.

Coordinating the after sales service with the customers and the technical services associates.

Gain competitor information and product feedback from customer service personnel.

Open for travelling.

Skills Required: 

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must have the team handling experience.

Fluent English language skills (spoken, reading and written).
